At TYROL Family Retreat, we take responsible action for the sake of future generations, ensuring that our natural surroundings remain as wonderfully unspoilt as they are today. For example, we promote travel using public transport by providing our guests with the GreenCard, which offers daily free rides on the Unterstell lift, a single journey on the bike shuttle, as well as a complimentary brandy and wine tastings, as well as a guided apple tour. You’ll not only learn fascinating facts about local agriculture, but you can even sample the delicious results for yourself. If you’re travelling to our TYROL Family Retreat in an electric car, you’ll find e-charging stations directly in our garage. We pay careful attention to the products we buy and our consumption of resources here at TYROL Family Retreat: We minimise consumption as far as possible across all hotel areas and avoid unnecessary waste.

We consider not only the environmental side of sustainability, but also the economic and social aspects, for example when it comes to communicating with our employees. At TYROL Family Retreat, we’re a big family that communicates with each other openly, honestly, and transparently. South Tyrolean traditions and culture are also greatly valued at our hotel. We regularly give you recommendations for traditional events, the concerts of the local music bands, museums, and more. Plus, King Pipo’s restaurant guide allows you to enjoy authentic South Tyrolean classics, like “Kaiserschmarrn” pancakes, “Speck” bacon and cheese dumplings, or apple strudel, delivered straight to your apartment.
