We recommend booking your desired appointment for the treatment of your choice in advance – ideally when you book your room.
For new guests, the booking is secured once the deposit has been received.
For regular guests, the booking is considered binding as soon as you have received the reservation confirmation from us.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following general cancellation conditions:
- Up to 42 days before arrival: free cancellation – the deposit paid will be refunded minus a handling fee of €50.00
- From 41 days before arrival: 100% of the accommodation price will be charged
- In the event of late arrival, no-show or early departure, 100% of the accommodation price will also be charged
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the TYROL family retreat within the above-mentioned time frames. These conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled apartments are re-let in full or in part.
In any case, we recommend that you take out travel insurance from our partner ERV.
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4 p.m. on your arrival day. If you arrive any earlier, you are welcome to use all the hotel facilities while we prepare your apartment.
We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.30 a.m. on your departure day. Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
The deposit is €400.00 per apartment and must be paid within 3 days of booking.
You can use the following payment methods:
Credit card: Mastercard, Visa
Bank transfer: Please provide the name that the booking was made under. Please note that a separate transfer of €400.00 is required for each apartment. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid directly on site at the time of departure.
Book earlier and save! When you book your one-week stay at least 2 months in advance , we’ll give you a 5% early-bird discount. This applies during the following periods:
07.06. – 27.06.2026
12.09. – 26.09.2026
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (cash payment limit as per Italian law)
- EC/debit card
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard, please be aware of limits for foreign payments)
- Advance bank transfer
Have you already stayed at the TYROL Family Retreat at least three times, each for one booking week? Then we have a very special thank you for you the next time you book a stay of at least a week .
- 3% loyalty discount on the accommodation rate (excluding board and extras)
- Early check-in available from 2.30 p.m.
- Free participation in all guided bike tours with our guides (excluding any transport costs)
- For cash payment on site: 2% discount on the accommodation rate (excluding extras)
- Surprise farewell gift
Recommendation bonus: If a family books at least one week with us and mentions your name, you’ll receive a voucher worth €100.00 which you can redeem during your next stay. The family who booked the holiday will receive a bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling apple wine in their apartment.
