- Check in: 4.00 pm / Check out 10.30 am
- If you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel infrastructure and we will try to make ready your Apartment as soon as possible
- Late-Check-out on request and possibility at the reception

- We recommend you to book your favorite beauty treatments and appointments in advance!
CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Otherwise, in the case of a cancellation for other reasons, the general cancellation conditions continue to apply:
- Up to 6. weeks before departure: the deposit minus a handling fee of € 50. 00 will be returned
- 6. Week to 4. week before departure: The deposit will be forfeited in our favour
- 4. Week to 1. week before departure: 80% of the accommodation price will be charged
- 1. Week before departure: 100% of the accommodation price will be charged
- In case of late or no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the accommodation price
Cancellation must be made by a written declaration and handed over to the Familien Residence Tyrol at the latest within the above-mentioned periods (6 weeks/1 week) before the agreed day of arrival.
In any case, we recommend that you take out travel insurance
