Finnish sauna (90°C)
A wooden rustic sauna where the heat and the infusion of natural fragrances stimulates blood circulation, enhance purification of the organism and take care at the same time of your skin and respiratory organs.
2 x weekly professional preparation of herbs suspended in water for vaporization on hot stones int the sauna.
Bio herbs sauna (55°C)
The pleasure of this sauna lies in the mild radiant heat. The hair humidity is increased thanks to the infusion of fresh biological herbs which wraps you up in a pleasant caring embrace.
Laconium (65°C)
The laconium is heated to a mild temperature of around 65 degrees and is much appreciated for its purifying effects. The laconium is also a good choice for people who like to relax in warmth, but find the higher temperatures of a Finnish sauna too challenging.
Saline steam sauna (50-60°C)
In the saline steam sauna sea salts are nebulised in the air. The addition of pure eucalyptus and mint extracts has a supplementary positive effect on the respiratory apparatus. Staying in a saline sauna equals a pleasant and healthy stay at the sea and represents a true benefice for your lungs, bronchus and respiratory organs.
The ice spring with Arctic freshness, the relax area with mountain water spring and one whirlpool complete the wellness oasis. In addition we invite you to unwind and recover your energies in the meditation room (separated room) with water beds.
The Wellness & Spa area is open for children from 14 years.
