Family holidays should be as individual as the family itself. Whether the family comprises a couple with one or several children, a holiday with granddad and grandma or with friends, the certified Familienhotels Südtirol satisfy all requirements.

All South Tyrolean Familienhotels offer the following quality services

Infrastructure

• baby and child equipment (clothes horse, painting set to keep kids amused, nappy-changing table, wardrobe and clothes hooks at child height, highchairs in holiday apartments, children’s chairs, children’s cutlery, crockery and bibs. Available on request at all times: babyphone, child’s bath tub, toilet seat insert, potty, sealable nappy bin, bottle warmer, bathroom stool)
• spacious family rooms, suites and apartments, able to be darkened
• free loan of pushchairs and backpack baby carriers
• kitchenette with fridge
• loundry service or clothes washer (payable)

Child supervision, playroom and playground

• free child supervision for children aged 3 years and over
• play room with daylight, parlour games and children's books
• safe traffic-free area directly accessible from the hotel
• adventure playground and fleet of toy vehicles

Food and drinks (individually the Residence)

• varied children’s menus using South Tyrolean quality ingredients

Our Residence Tyrol belongs to the quality level Family Comfort, which satisfy in addition to the basic criteria offer also this additional criteria:

• child supervision on 7 days per week, Babysitter service on request (payable)
• children dine at a table of their own under supervision 7 days a week, drinks included
