Booking conditions in the Kidshotel Tyorl
WRITTEN CONFIRMATION
Written confirmation (Mail,Fax) within 2 days after our booking confirmation.
DEPOSIT
€ 400,00 within 7 days – the receipt will be confirmed by us and your holiday confirmation is fixed! Accepted credit cards (Euro/Master Card, Visa)
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Check in: 4.00 pm / Check out 10.30 am
Preferred from Saturday to Saturday; Should you arrive on other days please contact us by phone.
Late-Check-out on request and possibility at the reception
PAYMENT
- If you pay by cash you receive 2% discount on the amount of maximum € 999,99 (not extras, food, beauty, drinks,...) - subject to modifications!
- Credit Card or EC-Cards (Eurocard, Mastercard,Visa)

Beauty
We recommend you to book your favorite beauty treatments and appointments in advance!
Cancel conditions:
- 8 weeks before arrival: the deposit will be refunded (minus € 30,00 for the expenses) or we will keep it for your next stay by us (without expenses).
- from 8 to 4 weeks before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded
- from 4 to 1 week before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be invoiced if we are not able to let the apartment to other guests
- 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be invoiced if we are not able to let the apartment to other guests
- in case of late arrival or early departure we invoice the total amount of the booked period.
You are welcome to take out our travel insurance to avoid unpleasant costs.
